Our promise is simple - we won’t share your data with anyone else and we’ll keep it safe.

In detail this means:

When you take out a subscription you will provide us with the information we need to run your subscription like your name, email, address and telephone. We will only use this within our own companies to help run your subscription and send you relevant information relating to it.

If you opt in to further marketing you will receive the relevant information from us, but we still won’t share it outside of our companies. 

Our subscriptions are managed in a piece of software called ChargeBee and none of your sensitive data is stored locally on our systems. ChargeBee is used to process payments and their privacy policy can be found here.

Our single issues via Pics & Ink are processed through Shopify and their privacy policy is here. 

We use Active Campaign when we contact you via email and their privacy policy can be found here.

When you buy from us you will need to provide payment details and they are handled by either:

Card Payment processed by Stripe - see their privacy policy here.  

Card Payments or direct payments processed by Paypal. 

Paypal’s privacy policy is here. 

Our home page is hosted by Instapage, whose privacy details can be found here.  

Cookies

We also use cookies (small files that are saved on your computer that can be used to remember your actions and preferences). We also use Google Analytics to track visits to our site (click here to opt out) and Facebook.
